Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item does not need to be unused. We understand that trying a product is part of the experience, and we want you to love your haircare. However, we may review usage before approving a refund at our discretion.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. If you choose to return an item, please package it securely and use a trackable shipping method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we’ll make it right. Please contact us at hello@marhaircare.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
